Core Cake Creation: Raspberry Oreo Cheesecake Mug Cake Recipe

Ok..get ready for this recipe people because I think it's my favorite to date!

I am a sucker for cream cheese in anything and this combo is mouth-watering good. Be sure and try this one out next time you pull out one of our White Chocolate Raspberry flavor for your high protein dessert at the end of the night!

Makes 1 Serving

  • 1 White Chocolate Raspberry Core Cake
  • 45-50 g (3+ tbsp) liquid (I prefer unsweetened almond milk)
  • 15 g (1 tbsp) low fat cream cheese sweetened with a drop of stevia
  • 1 Oreo or Oreo thin if you want to keep it even lighter
  • 20 g of fresh raspberries
  • a few squirts of light Whipped Cream 


  • Pour White Chocolate Raspberry mix into a mug
  • add liquid
  • stir with a fork
  • add cream cheese in the center
  • microwave the mug for 45-55 seconds (watch it so it doesn't over cook)
  • turn out onto plate or bowl
  • top with oreos, raspberries and whipped cream
  • enjoy piping hot
