This Coconut Milk Reddi Wip is magical - like an instant, lighter, less calorie coconut frosting.

Calories - 180 | Protein - 16g | Carb 27g | Fat 3.5g


  • 1 Double Chocolate Core Cake mix (purchase here)

  • 3 Tbsp liquid (water, almond milk, cow's milk)

  • 1/4 tsp coconut extract

Pour Core Cake powder into microwave safe mug. Stir in liquid and coconut extract until well combined. Microwave 50 seconds (microwave 10 seconds less to get a molten center)

    Optional Toppings

    • 2 Tbsp Coconut Milk Reddi Wip
    • Unsweetened shredded coconut
    • Coconut granola
