Banana bread is a favorite in my house! So I had no choice but to come up with a protein mug cake version of the treat to satisfy my cravings. This banana bread inspired Core Cake is a quick fix at the end of the day that will keep you on track with your fitness goals! Add the Cinnamon Oatmeal Core Cake mix into a mug. Raspberry Lemonade Macro Friendly Mug Cake

Is anyone else just dying for spring to be here already? I am! This week’s macro-friendly mug cake recipe is inspired by the fresh tastes that remind me of warmer weather - lemons and fresh berries. This raspberry lemonade inspired Core Cake is so easy to make and so delicious! Start off with one package of the White Chocolate Raspberry Core Cake in a mug. Almond Joy High Protein Mug Cake

  One of my favorite guilty pleasures is an Almond Joy. They’re creamy, sweet, rich and delicious!  But, do you want to know what’s even better? An Almond Joy inspired macro-friendly treat that makes it easy to fit in at the end of the day without undoing your day’s hard work.     Start off with the Double Chocolate Core Cake mix in a mug. Add almonds sliced, or whole. Using whole almonds rather than slivered ones to make it more like the candy bar.
